# Common Errors

### Fix common issues

#### Loader does not work

* Disable antivirus first.
* Install the required files.
* Remove active anti-cheat.

#### Injection fails

* Disable virtualization in BIOS.
* Disable Secure Boot in BIOS.
* Restart your PC after changing BIOS settings.

#### Menu does not open

* Wait for the top-right load message.
* Press `Insert` or `Ins`.
* Use the Windows On-Screen Keyboard if needed.

#### Login or key issues

Use the same username and password you registered with.

Keep both saved before you load Vega.
